Twelve is a floor, not a target
Google counts testers who are opted in, not testers you invited. Eleven on day thirteen is not eleven-twelfths of a pass — it is a fail, and the fortnight starts again.
For Google Play personal developer accounts
Google will not let a personal developer account publish until twelve testers have stayed opted in for fourteen continuous days. Finding twelve people who will actually stay is the part nobody warns you about. We supply them, watch for drop-outs, and hand you the proof.
Pay per run with card or M-Pesa. No subscription, nothing renews.
Closed testing is a requirement Google sets, and meeting it with real testers who genuinely opt in is allowed. Faking it is not — and the services offering to are how developers lose the account they were trying to protect.
We never ask for your Play Console login
Not the password, not a recovery code, not "temporary access". Anyone who asks for it is after your account, not your testing.
We do not sell reviews, ratings or installs
No tester is ever asked to rate your app, review it, or click an advert. Google forbids all three, and doing it would put your account at risk rather than protect it.
We do not promise approval
We supply testers who genuinely opt in and stay opted in, and the evidence to prove it. Whether Google grants production access is Google's decision.
PlayAppTest Ltd is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Google LLC or Apple Inc. Payments are handled by Paystack, so we never see a card number, and we never ask for a Google or Apple password — signing in goes through Google's and Apple's own pages. How a run actually works →

A tester who uninstalls or leaves the group breaks the run. Nobody tells you; you simply find the button still greyed out when you go to apply.
Most developers reach seven or eight from people they know, then stall. The remaining places are the ones that cost weeks.
Package name and the closed-test opt-in link from Play Console. Two fields.
Twelve testers for the requirement, or more if you want a margin against drop-outs.
Usually within hours. You watch each one join, screenshot and all.
Anyone who drops out is replaced the same day, so the clock never quietly resets.
Compliance gets you published. It does not tell you that your sign-up screen fails on a three-year-old Android, or that the payment sheet is unreadable in Swahili. A QA run puts testers on the app with a brief, and you get written reports — steps, device, severity, screenshots — instead of a star rating and a shrug.
Add your app, pick a run, and watch the testers arrive. Most runs have their full twelve within a day.
